Hello friends, hola! how are you all ?
we all go through this , the expectations are always undone ,unfulfilled or kills us from inside .so what you do you think can be the reason that our expectations are not fulfilled or that results in relationship endings or frustration or lack of Trust issues and even anxiety and stress issues that we face on a daily basis. And accept it that it's been for years.
What happens is that, first we get connected with the people around us with whom our interest matches, with whom we get happiness and we are satisfied with them and then we do a lot of things for them because we feel happy with them so basically we do things for them out of our happiness that is hidden inside our hearts but what happens when the situation is not right either on our side or on others one side .
there comes the situations that are always changing and we do face these things that we are unable to justify the things, that we do to people who love us so much or we are unable to justify the things that people did to us that were un justified
Firstly we need to understand that every human being and every human in this earth is different and has unique thought process .we cannot expect too much from anybody weather it is our precious projects or our loved ones or from strangers. So many times I have seen that we expect too much from strangers ,yes we do, specially from our colleagues from our friends who are basically our known people but they are strangers too because they don't know too much about you and you don't not too much about them because you are not living with your colleagues and friends right.
What happens is when we have a friendship with someone or we create something with that particular person some sort of relationship or some sort of good things that person can be your best friend your boyfriend your girlfriend, your husband,wife your father whatever or a stranger, it can be any person . so we do a lot for them out of our happiness and then comes a day or comes a moment or comes a time that they are unable to do anything for us they are not doing the things according to our will but the question arises here.
Are these people God's or are you a God ? I mean to say we need to accept that nobody is perfect and we need to accept somebody in in every possible condition because nobody can be according to your expectations every and each time of your life
It you get hurt easily with the fact that these people were not according to your will so these people have their lives too, these people have the tensions and stress in their lives too and their too confront different life situations .they don't act accordingly as they are not Gods. how can they understand what is going inside your heart? how can they know what is going inside your mind when you don't even tell the things and just see and expect and get hurt right
So basically we all need to communicate with the people around us to get the things sorted but there also comes confusion and conflict that sometimes these people don't have that much patience to listen to you so you need to have a particular time with the Peaceful mind and with nice speech so that you can communicate your personal feelings and the problems can be sorted out secondly when we expect something from someone we cannot expect too much because they don't know what is going inside our minds and in our lives because that too have their own lives and tensions they might be frustratedin there lives. there is a possibility that in their lives there is some sort of problems., upset mind different moods mood disorders depressive things coming to their Minds something is not right according to them in their houses in their domestic areas in their private lives or public lives whatever so if you are not god how can you expect someone to become a God and finally I can conclude that when we have relationship with someone out of our happiness we do a lot of things for that person but how can we just reject that person on the basis of the fact that it didn't do according to our Will, because they are not gods we need to understand the fact that what is going inside our hearts or in our minds is not visible to the person standing or sitting in front of you so we need to" see things as they are" and not see things as going inside your heart.
We need to understand the fact that life is an ocean of emotion and that is why people say that we do need practicality in our lives because we do not see things as they are when somebody is shouting in front of you or a person is ignoring you or a person is literally teasing you that doesn't mean that he has an intention to do that maybe it it is some sort of Mind process at that particular moment because of their frustrations because of their anger because of the disappointments and unsatisfied life so we need to understand this particular thing that if we are not perfect then we cannot even expect the people standing or sitting in front of us to be perfect. Please accept the people as they are and not as they are in your minds and please do communicate with your lovable once or even if they are strangers communication is very important in life and finally please do not become God and don't overburden yourself with the Expectations of people because you are not got to at the end of the day please smile and be happy E and just enjoy the things you have just enjoy with the people you have in your life. Just forget about Expectations life is too short to think about the Expectations that was not fulfilled life is short and it is meant to be e happy to be satisfied with what you have and to accept the fact that this particular person is doing something because this particular person is right now, not in a very good face so just say that it's ok. If the person you really admire or a door is completely against you now and is terribly getting insane with you then you also need to understand that you need to to focus on the fact that if you are able to bear it then wear it if you are unable to wear it then don't expect too much from yourself too you need to go with the flow and please don't expect too much from yourself also just enjoy the present moment enjoy your current situation whatever it is is and be happy and remain so you also need to understand that you need to move on in life if the Expectations real in terms and the feedback for the result is Null then you also need to understand that you need to move on with the relationship of the person if you don't feel something positive with someone then you also need to put yourself aside from that particular person and be happy with your solitude or with the other people that adore you at least
