IF YOUR EXAM IS IN THREE DAYS OR ONLY A SINGLE IS LEFT AND YOU HAVE NOT PREPARED ANYTHING AND SWIPING PAGES OF YOUR BOOKS THAN WAIT AND READ
DO WHATEVER YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR CURRENT EXAM BUT DON’T OVEREXERT YOURSELF .OVER STRESS WILL NOT MAKE IT OUT FOR YOU AS RESULT WILL BE NOT SATISFACTORY
IF YOU ARE STUDYING YOUR MIND SHOULD BE STABLE,COOL AND CALM TO DO ANYTHING OTHERWISE IT WILL BE A MESS
SO SPARE 8 MINUTES SPEND SOME TIME WITH NATURE GO TO SOME GARDEN ,VISIT TREES SIT THERE FOR A WHILE.
TAKE FREQUENT  BREAKS  LETS SAY 5 MINUTES BREAK ATLEAST FOR EVERY TWO HOURS OF STUDYING
STRESS COMES FROM NOT TAKING BREAKS,RESULTS IN FEAR ,OVERTHINKING AND DOING NOTHING
PROCRASTINATION KILLS YOU SO THINK LESS AND ACT MOREIF YOU ARE ALREADY STRESSED THAN DON’T STUDY CONSISTENTLY AND CONTINOUSLY
TAKE A HEAD MASSAGE FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR NOW DON’T READ WHOLE BOOK GO FOR SHORT NOTES . I AM SURE YOU WILL DO SOMETHING AMAZING IN LIFE BEST OF LUCK
